SJCS Offers Adult Education Summer Programs

The South Jefferson Central School Adult Education program will be offering water aerobics and Zumba classes this summer! Water aerobics will be held on Monday and Wednesday mornings, from 8:00 - 9:00. Zumba will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00 - 9:00. These programs will be available through August 13th. The instructor for water aerobics will be Sarah Gleason and Courtney Belloff will be instructing the Zumba classes.

Community Open Swim will also be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 - 12:00 with lap swimming and general open swim.
