Welcome to the South Jefferson School District!

The South Jefferson School District is pleased to offer to parents and guardians – Central Student Registration for Grades K-12.      PK Registration - Please contact Laura Farrell at 315-583-6104.

Central Registration is located at the South Jefferson Clarke Building, 11060 US RTE 11, Adams, NY  13605.  To register a student, please contact Ms. Carol Reed, District Registrar at (315) 232-4531 x 2916; FAX: (315) 232-3728 or e-mail, careed@spartanpride.org for an appointment.  Registration is available during the school year, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Summer Hours:  Tuesdays – Thursday, July 1 – August 28 – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

(If you are unable to meet during the times mentioned above, please do not hesitate to contact the District Registrar to schedule a time more convenient.)

Please Note:  To save time during the registration process, South Jefferson Central School District encourages parents/guardians to download the registration forms and fill them out prior to arrival.  (Download Registration Forms shown on the left under Registration.)

Parents/Guardians:  It is recommended that you bring the following documents:

                        *Birth Certificate

                        *Immunization Record

                        *Last Report Card (Grades K-8), In-Progress Grades & Transcript(Grades 9-12)

                        *Custody or Guardianship Papers (If applicable)

                        *Special Education Services (IEP’s, 504 Plan, if applicable)

Kindergarten Registration

Child must be 5 years old on or before December 1 of the year they enter Kindergarten.

Children attending the South Jefferson School District must reside within the district.  We are currently not enrolling non-district children.
