 South Jefferson Summer Youth Program (Summer Rec) will run  July 6th - August 12th,   Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at the South Jeff Middle School.  Summer Rec will be offering opportunities for students entering kindergarten through seventh grade (fall 2026) to participate in many fun filled activities.

Students will be split into two age groups: Littles (4-7 year olds) and Bigs (8-12 year olds).  Morning activities will include games, crafts, sports,  toys, boondoggle, outdoor activities/hiking, sidewalk chalk, and free swim. Water play will also be set  up every Wednesday throughout the summer, which will include sprinklers, water balloons, sponge races, and slip ‘n slides.  Afternoon activities will include movies, games, arts and crafts, outdoor and indoor sport activities. Children ages 8 and above with parent permission will have the opportunity to go to the beach.  Each Friday will be 'Field Trip Friday' for a limited number of students. 

Registration fee is $90/child and $120/family. Registration deadline is June 26, 2026.
